During the season of Epiphany, Christians reflect on how God is revealed. This year, our worship series Light for the Journey explores how faith unfolds as a journey: one that begins with trust, deepens through identity and calling, reshapes how we see the world, and ultimately sends us back into daily life carrying what we have received:

January 4  —  Following the Light  —  Matthew 2:1–12
The journey begins with the Magi, who follow a light they do not fully understand.

January 11  —  Seen and Known  —  Matthew 3:13–17
John the Baptist saw and knew Jesus before he ever did anything

January 18  —  Seeing and Believing  —  John 1:29–42
The first disciples encounter Jesus, and are invited to “come and see.”

January 25  —  Called into the Light  —  Matthew 4:12–23
This Sunday explores vocation as responding to God’s call in everyday life.

February 1 — Seeing the World Reordered  —  Matthew 5:1–12
God’s light reshapes our values, our priorities, and our understanding

February 8 — Salt and Light  —  Matthew 5:13–20
Faith is not meant to be hidden or hoarded: it is meant to be lived out.

February 15 — The Light We Carry  —  Matthew 17:1–9
We carry God’s light back into the world—changed, clarified, and sent.

Throughout Light for the Journey, we will remain reflective, and attentive to ways that God meets us. Whether you are exploring faith for the first time or walking a long-time path, this season invites you to follow, to see, and to carry God’s light into the world we share.  You are welcome on the journey.
